Ukulele Support System for Upper Limb Disabilities (UliSsys) was founded by Deb Guarneiri in an effort to provide adaptive equipment to play ukulele for people with upper limb impairments. 

UliSsys has been featured in a number of print and digital news sources, local television stations, and Ukulele Magazine.
